We like having friends over on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. First of course, because we have fabulous friends, but also because we like to drag them to open houses and make a case for moving out this way.
It seems the move to our little area makes its way through certain circles. One family goes and the rest follow over the next few years. Quite simply, it’s a great place to raise a family, it’s close to everything, has a welcoming community and is affordable (whatever that means anymore!).
