Welcome to Not Quite South Surrey, your neighbourhood resource for the Sullivan/Panorama area. We’re the little area that started with the Tong Louie YMCA, then Panorama Village, and now expanding into Sullivan Heights and further north and west.
We started this website to build community and keep the neighbourhood engaged and connected as we continue to experience major growth and change; a place to connect and share ideas and concerns. Here you’ll find news about what’s happening in and around your community, whether you live work or play in the V3S.
Area schools include Cambridge Elementary, Sullivan Elementary, the brand new Woodward Hill Elementary, and Sullivan Heights Secondary. McLeod Road will re-open as McLeod Road Traditional in September. Local parks include the school grounds as well as Panorama Village Park, Sullivan Park and the newer Goldstone Park which features a waterpark, fields, tennis court, and playground.
